Pay: HK$29,022 to HK$44,336 (HGPS Pt. 10 – 18) per month including Monthly Allowance

Up to 15% of total basic salary (after deducting the contribution of Mandatory Provident Fund by Hospital Authority) as end-of-contract gratuity may be offered to contract staff upon completion of the contract subject to satisfactory performance.

Key Responsibilities:

1.     Install, configure and maintain system hardware, software or services.

2.     Assist in monitoring systems connectivity, performance and security control in the areas of responsibility.

3.     Assist the implementation of technical infrastructure enhancements in the areas of responsibility.

4.     Under close supervision, responsible for maintenance and modification of IT solutions in areas of responsibility.

5.     Document system changes and enhancement.

6.     Prepare and perform testing of IT solutions in areas of responsibility.

7.     Provide user support on IT solutions in areas of responsibility.

8.     Liaise with users, contractors and other IT teams for system maintenance.

9.     Maintain system documentations and reports of IT solutions in areas of responsibility.

10.  Provide after office hours’ system support.

Entry Requirement:

1.     Degree in Computer Science or relevant disciplines; or equivalent.
