The Human Resources Manager will assist to oversee the day-to-day operations in one or more of the following HR functional areas and develop and implement initiatives in line with the direction of the Hospital Authority:

• Recruitment and Appointment
• Benefits and Compensation
• Performance Management
• Staff Relations and Communication
• Training and Development

Entry Requirements

1. A university degree or equivalent.

2. At least 2 years’ post-qualification managerial experience in Human Resources at junior management level (i.e. Executive Officer II or equivalent level).

Preferable Attributes/Exposure

1. Formal education in human resources management or related discipline.

2. Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese.

3. Excellent communication, interpersonal, organization and analytical skills.

4. Good PC skills in general office administration, such as MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint presentation.

5. Responsible, detail-minded and self-motivated.

6. Able to work independently, under pressure and take on multiple tasks.
