Responsibilities

→Help working on job description library.
→Support the team with day-to-day business and operational tasks as assigned.
→Assist in preparing and organizing reports, presentations, and business documentation.
→Help collect, review, and organize data required for internal and external requests (e.g., SAMA, Audit, and other regulatory requirements).
→Contribute to ongoing projects and initiatives by completing assigned tasks and following up on action items.
→Support coordination and communication across teams when needed.
→Maintain organized records and ensure information is accurate and up to date.
→Learn and adhere to company policies, processes, and professional standards.
→Demonstrate a proactive attitude, willingness to learn, and a business-oriented mindset while supporting daily operations.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or a related field.
Must be eligible for the Tamheer Program (HRDF).
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, and Word).
Eagerness to learn and develop professional skills.
Ability to work collaboratively and manage multiple tasks effectively.
Ability to use Ai tools is a plus
