PMO - Project Manager

The Project Manager (PMO) is responsible for leading and executing complex business projects while ensuring strategic alignment and adherence to technical standards. This role requires strong technical expertise, leadership, and the ability to drive projects independently with minimal oversight.

• Lead and execute complex business projects, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and technical standards.
• Apply advanced business & technical knowledge to oversee integrations, server configurations, and cybersecurity measures for payment solutions.
• Mentor and guide project teams, setting clear expectations, and promoting a culture of excellence and accountability.
• Develop and refine project management frameworks, employing best practices tailored to the payments industry.
• Coordinating closely with the Head of Enterprise and demonstrating significant autonomy in decision-making.
• Embody a strong sense of leadership and ownership, acting decisively and effectively without the need for frequent oversight.
