• →Manage a portfolio of commercial auto claims from initial assignment through resolution
• →Oversee commercial auto liability claims from TPA
• →Conduct thorough investigations, including evaluating coverage, liability, and damages
• →Establish and maintain accurate reserves in a timely manner
• →Communicate with TPAs insureds, claimants, attorneys, and service providers
• →Negotiate settlements within authority levels
• →Ensure compliance with company guidelines, best practices, and regulatory standards
• →Document claim files clearly, accurately, and thoroughly
• →Collaborate with underwriting, legal, and management as needed

• 5+ years of experience handling commercial auto claims, preferably including bodily injury
• Strong understanding of California insurance regulations and claims handling standards
• California Adjuster License is a plus
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently while managing competing priorities
• Proficiency with claims management systems and standard office software
• Must be able to work onsite at our Los Angeles office
