Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Creates modifies and controls detailed two- and three-dimensional parts and assembly drawings from engineers' and technician s' sketches plans and written and verbal instructions
- →Makes adjustments to drawings according to feedback from engineers or architects
- →Directs the application of CAD software delivering the ability to conceptualize design with meticulous attention to detail
- →Contributes to the drafting of designs by using computer-aided design (CAD) software to create drawings and designs
- →Directs design compliance with company regulations and quality standards
- →Delivers drafts of an engineer' s or architect' s design by using computer-aided design (CAD) software to create drawings and designs
- →Ensures the accuracy of material and equipment specification s ensuring drafts a re up to building technique standards and collaborating with team members
- →Designs diagrams and layouts to illustrate the workflow of designs
- Proficient in reading and understanding design documents such as P&IDs instrument loop drawings and schematics
- Strong knowledge and u se of Design and Drafting practices
- Proficiency in developing and maintaining all disciplines of drawings to support business units and projects
- Proficient in AutoCAD/CADWorx
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Visio and Power Point)
- Experience utilizing electronic document management system
