This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about tax accounting and looking for an opportunity to handle challenging and impactful work in a supportive environment. Key Responsibilities: Oversee and manage a diverse portfolio of tax engagements, ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. Provide expert tax planning and advisory services to optimize client outcomes and enhance business growth. Lead and mentor a team of tax professionals, fostering a culture of professionalism and continuous improvement. Develop and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring a high level of respect and exceptional service. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive firm-wide initiatives and projects. Requirements Required Qualifications: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accountancy, Taxation, or related field. 0-2 years' experience in tax roles(or relevant experience), with a strong preference for candidates with public accounting experience. CPA certification is preferred but not required. Bilingual in English and Korean is beneficial. Eligibility to work in the United States.
