Requirements

Minimum Requirements:

- 2+ years of experience conducting Phase I and Phase II Environmental Site Assessments (ESA) and related due diligence activities.

- A degree in Geology, Engineering, Environmental Science, or a related field.

- Strong critical thinking and technical writing skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience managing projects and leading teams.

- Expertise in areas such as natural resources, wetlands, and ecological assessments.

- Familiarity with Brownfield sites.

- Experience collaborating with real estate professionals on fast-paced, quick-turnaround projects.

- Familiarity with complex industrial and commercial sites presenting significant development challenges.

- Experience with asbestos, mold, lead-based paint inspections and reporting (North Carolina Asbestos Inspector Certification preferred)
