Niemann Harvest Market Maintenance Clerk

The Niemann Harvest Market Maintenance Clerk duties include but are not limited to providing excellent customer service, cleaning and performing light day-to-day repair of general maintenance items while working in a safe manner and fostering a Niemann Harvest Market culture. 

• →Delivers superior guest service and ensure absolute customer satisfaction
• →Learns and uses the three E’s: Engagement, Educate, Empowerment
• →General cleaning: empty wastebaskets, clean restrooms in detail and replenish supplies
• →Vacuum hallways/offices, sweep and mop all hard surfaces, dust furniture, blinds, etc.
• →Light maintenance work
• →Shovel snow, mow grass, trim grass, trim trees, power wash outside areas of building replace light bulbs
• →Upkeep and organization of the back of the building
• →Dish washing as needed
• →Minor repair work, painting, building shelves
• →Operates pallet jack and forklift once trained
• →Call for outside assistance with a repair problem, if needed
• →During Peak hours, stock groceries, help customers, push carts
• →Promotes and supports established programs
• →Works within company programs, policies and procedures
• →Follows all safety policies and procedures; is a safety role model
• →Other duties as assigned

PAY RANGE (depends on industry experience)

       $16 up to $18/hour (IL Locations Only)

Starting pay will be based on experience, internal equity, and scope of responsibility.
