• Proven track record in recruitment delivery, people development and management
• Ability and gravitas to lead from the front, inspire and gain commitment to vision
• Excellent communication skills; able to influence and inspire
• Experience in setting, monitoring and reviewing goals and objectives

• →We offer base compensation of $65,000-75,000 and a high percentage, uncapped commission plan.
• →Hybrid/flexible schedule.
