Nuclear Medicine Instructor - Full Time Temporary

Job Description

• Didactic and Clinical course work for Nuclear Medicine students

• Working with students one on one with simulation, labs, or clinical patients teaching the Didactic and Clinical course work for the Nuclear Medicine profession.  This is a temporary assignment for 1 year.

Bachelor’s degree in nuclear medicine technology or a related field and two years of postgraduate professional experience, OR Associate’s degree related to nuclear medicine with four years of postgraduate professional experience, OR Five years of post-certification (or equivalent suitable qualifications) professional experience.

Previous higher education teaching experience and Post-certification professional experience in nuclear medicine technology.

To be considered, applicants must have the educational qualifications and hold certifications by a nationally recognized-certifying board.

Applicants with a qualifying degree from an educational institution outside the United States and Canada must attach, at the time of application, a copy of their foreign credential evaluation from one of the members of the National Association of Credential Evaluations Services (website: www.naces.org).

Faculty members will be assigned to the appropriate salary grade based on the contract with the faculty union

• Grade 2:  Master’s Degree with 18 graduate semester hours in field $53,492.64
• Grade 2+: Master’s Degree with 30 graduate semester hours in the field $56,232.06
•   Grade 1: PhD in major field $58,972.71
