processing internal and external payment
participating in VOG (Value of Goods) shipment's' remittance process
controlling the accuracy of shipments delivery
cooperating with other financial and non-financial departments like GL, AP, AR , ICRIS
overseeing and maintaining the flow of information
ensuring an adequate level of customer service internal and external

Key entry accuracy

Customer service oriented

Good knowledge of MS Office applications

Ability to work in a team

Ability to work under pressure

Time management skills

Very well organized

At least 6 months employment track at current position in UPS (for internal candidates only)
