customer service regarding overdue payments
answering for clients' queries
other administrative tasks

very good English (writing and speaking)
very good Dutch (writing and speaking)
good work organizational skills
problem solving and analysis
computer literacy
Min. 6 month of employment track at current position in UPS (for internal candidates only)
