  Create, maintain, and process operational reports for the Import Operations team and other business departments ensuring accuracy, consistency, and timely delivery of reports.

  Handling package-related administration

• →

  Liaise with internal departments to support reporting and operational requirements

• →

  Provide operational support and cover for warehouse personnel when required.

• →

  Perform general operational and administrative tasks based on business needs and workload priorities.

• Previous experience in warehouse, transportation, or a similar operational environment will be considered as plus.

• High attention to detail and accuracy

• Good communication skills in Greek and English.

• Team-oriented mindset with flexibility and adaptability.

• Ability to perform effectively under pressure.
