Bridge Coordinator - Developmental Services - Windham County

The pay for this position is $21.25-$25 per hour.

Full time 37.5 hours/week position is available in Windham County. Knowledge of community resources to be able to make appropriate referrals and work collaboratively with community partners. Knowledge of ACT 264/Coordinated Service Plan procedures, and an ability to facilitate these meetings. Seeking a candidate with knowledge of school systems, ability to support parents with preparation for school meetings. This is a high energy position that requires multitasking, the ability to set priorities, ability to work as part of a larger team, good interpersonal and writing skills.  Bachelor’s degree in related field or experience preferred. It also requires a car, driver’s license and insurance. The pay for this position is $21.25-$25 per hour.
