Requirements

Two years’ experience managing and leading teams with experience in hiring and training staff and managing a departmental budget.
Experience in managed care product development, benefits consulting or project management.
Experience working with corporate leadership, interfacing and communicating at all levels of the organization.
Experience managing multiple complex priorities and a heavy workload.
Organizational skills and detail-oriented.
Verbal and written communication skills.
Bachelor degree in Business or Health Administration
MBA or Masters Degree
Health care industry experience
Proven analytical and strategic abilities in decision making and problem solving
Experience leading cross-functional projects and managing stakeholder relationships, including influencing decision-making, aligning priorities, and driving execution across multiple teams and organizational levels.
Strong understanding of Medicare Advantage Star Ratings and quality programs, including the relationship between Stars performance, member outcomes, regulatory requirements, quality bonus payments, and product growth strategies.
Advanced Excel experience necessary.

The compensation offered will vary depending on your job-related skills, education, knowledge, and experience. This role aligns with an annual incentive bonus plan subject to the terms and the conditions of the plan.
This position may be performed remotely from anywhere within the continental United States, excluding California, New York, Alaska, and Hawaii.
