Manager, Corporate Strategy & Development

Responsible for defining the business future direction by assisting in the development and execution of strategic initiatives, long-term growth strategy, and business development.

• →Works with key stakeholders to define, launch and drive strategic and operational initiatives.
• →Assists with creation and execution of yearly strategic business plans.
• →Leads cross-functional teams in development and implementation of initiatives to drive business growth and profitability consistent with overall business unit.
• →Structures and executes multiple cross-functional projects simultaneously by developing work plans, gathering and synthesizing relevant data, leading analyses and developing final recommendations.
• →Implements recommendations, tracks results and evaluates project success.
• →Supports high priority projects areas of Strategic Business Development as needed, including enterprise strategy, acquisitions and integrations, divestitures, and investor relations activities
• →Translates complex data in to executive and board-level presentations that articulate potential options and recommendations.

• Solutions require analysis and investigation.
• Achieves planned results by decisions and actions based on professional methods, business principles, and practical experience.
• Manages a group or team of professional individual contributors and/or indirectly supervises support staff.

• Located in a comfortable indoor area. Any unpleasant conditions would be infrequent and not objectionable.
• Most of the time is spent sitting in a comfortable position and there is frequent opportunity to move about. On rare occasions there may be a need to move or lift light articles.
• Typically requires overnight travel 5% to 20% of the time.

• Typically requires BS/BA in a related discipline. Generally 7+ years of experience in a related field. May require certification. Advanced degree may offset less experience in some disciplines.
