HealthBay is a leading healthcare provider dedicated to delivering exceptional patient care and promoting healthy living within our communities. We are currently seeking a Learning Operations Specialist to join our team and support our mission of providing high-quality healthcare services.

As a Learning Operations Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and implementing learning and development programs for our employees. You will work closely with various departments to identify training needs, design and deliver training materials, and evaluate the effectiveness of our learning initiatives.

Key responsibilities:

- Collaborate with department heads to identify training needs and develop learning objectives

- Design and deliver training materials, including presentations, e-learning modules, and hands-on activities

- Coordinate and schedule training sessions, ensuring all employees are properly informed and prepared

- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through assessments and feedback from participants

- Continuously improve and update training materials to ensure they are relevant and engaging

- Monitor and track employee progress and development through learning management systems

- Provide support and guidance to employees on learning and development opportunities

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in learning and development to continuously improve our programs

- Assist with the onboarding process for new employees, including training on company policies and procedures

- Collaborate with external training providers and vendors to source and deliver training programs as needed

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, or a related field

- 2+ years of experience in learning and development, preferably in a healthcare setting

- Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design techniques

- Experience with learning management systems and e-learning platforms

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Strong organizational and project management skills

- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other training software
