As a Senior Software Developer, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world.

• Conducting manual test case creation and execution in support of releases.
• Automating functional test cases using .NET C# Connexion Device code.
• Creating Connexion devices using .NET C#.
• Supporting Solventum medical interface software.
• Being part of the production on-call rotation.
• Your Skills and Expertise
• To set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires, at a minimum, the following qualifications:
• 5+ years of professional software development experience with C# .NET.
• ½ years of test automation experience.
• Strong experience with .NET 4.8 or later.
• Solid understanding of programming, design patterns, and secure coding practices, as well as hands-on experience with Git-based version control.
• Bachelor’s degree in a computer software-related field.
• Additional Qualifications
• Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:
• Experience developing Connexion devices.
• 2 years of HL7 software development experience.
• HL7 certification.
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical designs, application components, and maintainable code.
• Ability to contribute to architecture decisions for scalability, performance, reliability, security, and maintainability.
• Experience performing code reviews and enforcing development standards.
• Ability to troubleshoot, debug, and resolve complex production and non-production issues.
• Experience optimising application performance and system integrations.
• Experience collaborating in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, backlog refinement, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Ability to create and maintain technical documentation.
• Familiarity with unit testing, automated testing, and debugging tools.
• Ability to analyse complex problems, communicate technical concepts clearly, and work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Experience with AWS services.
• Experience modernising legacy .NET Framework applications to current .NET versions.
• Familiarity with DevOps practices, infrastructure as code, observability, logging, and application monitoring.
• Sound engineering judgment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Commitment to quality, security, and maintainability.
• Clear written and verbal communication.
• Ability to collaborate across business, product, QA, operations, and architecture teams.
• Ability to balance delivery speed with long-term technical sustainability.
