Position Responsibilities Provide direct outpatient psychiatric care, including assessment, diagnosis, treatment planning, and medication management for child and adolescent patients. Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary clinical staff to ensure coordinated, patient-centered care. Participate in supervision, teaching, or leadership activities when assigned. Adhere to institutional, regulatory, and professional standards governing psychiatric services. Contribute to quality improvement initiatives and organizational goals.
