Physical Therapist - Mesa, AZ

This full-time opportunity is ideal for a licensed Physical Therapist who is passionate about helping patients regain movement, improve function, and enhance their quality of life. You will work closely with a dedicated team to deliver high-quality, evidence-based care, while benefiting from a consistent weekday schedule and a strong clinic support system.

• →Perform comprehensive evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
• →Administer manual therapy, exercise-based interventions, and therapeutic modalities
• →Track and reassess patient progress, modifying plans as needed
• →Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure coordinated care
• →Educate patients and caregivers on diagnoses, recovery plans, and home strategies
• →Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation
• →Use diagnostic tools and clinical reasoning to guide treatment
• →Promote preventive care and functional independence
• →Ensure adherence to legal, regulatory, and ethical care standards

• Graduate of a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapy program (U.S.-based only, excluding Puerto Rico)
• Master’s degree in Physical Therapy required; DPT preferred
• Active Physical Therapist license in Arizona or license-eligible prior to start date
• Strong communication, clinical reasoning, and time management skills
• Commitment to patient-centered, outcomes-based care

• Arizona PT License or Pending
• Graduate of a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapy program
