Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, or a related field preferred; equivalent relevant experience will be considered.
- →Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in production planning, scheduling, materials, expediting, or supply chain.
- →Proficiency using Visual ERP or a similar manufacturing ERP system and Microsoft Office products
- →Working knowledge of MRP, production scheduling, material requirements, inventory control, capacity constraints, and manufacturing workflows.
- →Ability to interpret bills of material, routings, lead times, work orders, travelers, and related production documentation.
- →High sense of urgency and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- →Strong organizational, written, verbal, and customer service skills.
- →Detail-oriented, with the ability to manage time, multitask, prioritize competing requirements, and meet strict deadlines.
- →Ability to use data, logic, and sound reasoning to identify issues, evaluate alternatives, and recommend practical solutions.
- →Comfortable working in a role that requires regular interaction with both production-floor and office-based teams.
- →Knowledge of Quality Management System requirements, including AS9100 and ISO 9001.
Requirements

- Position will work primarily in an office environment with a low noise level but may occasionally have exposure to the production floor with moderate to excessive noise.
- This is a full-time, onsite position.
- The work schedule for this position is Monday through Thursday 7:30AM – 5:00PM and every other Friday 7:30AM – 4:00PM with a 30-minute lunch break.
The hiring range for this position is $60,000 - $80,000. This range is an estimate and the actual salary may vary based on the candidate's experience, skills, and qualifications.
