Quality Manager

• →Conduct annual performance evaluations for all direct reports, ensuring timely, constructive feedback and alignment with organizational goals. Applies progressive discipline promptly and consistently, manages performance on a regular basis, and addresses issues as they arise.
• →Engage with team members regularly to ensure proactive conflict resolution, development, and alignment on tasks and priorities.
• →Assist in the company’s goal-setting process by recommending department goals and working with team members to assign individual goals

• Bachelor’s degree and at least 5 years of experience in quality management roles with increasing responsibility
• Significant experience may replace the education requirement
• Affiliation with ASQ a plus
• AS9102 experience and execution
• Experience with dimensional inspection and supplier certification
• Internal auditor experience
• Experience with AS9100 rev. D
• Expert level root cause and corrective action experience
• Significant experience in collection of data and statistical process control
• People management skills
• Familiarity with government source inspection
• FAA and/or Department of Defense experience
• Experience with GD&T or IMTE
• Experience with government contract reviews

• The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate and sometimes excessive.
• This is a full-time, onsite position.
• The work schedule for this position is Monday through Thursday 7:30AM – 5PM and every other Friday 7:30AM – 4PM, with a 30-minute lunch break.

COMPENSATION: The hiring range for this position is $115k-$150k. This range is an estimate and the actual saalry may vary based on the candidate's experience, skills, and qualifications.
