We’re hiring an SEO Content Specialist who’s ready to make waves in the AI healthtech space. You’ll be focusing on content writing, optimising on-page content, and streamlining administrative tasks to drive rapid growth globally.

Working closely with the GTM team, you’ll be part of our pioneering organic growth team and will have a great opportunity to build something 0 to 1.

It’s a chance to lay down the organic content foundations that will fuel our hypergrowth, while building a content production engine that will scale 10x over the next few years.

Responsibilities

  • Content creation: Write high-quality, search-optimised content including blog posts, landing pages, and guides designed specifically to improve organic and AI search visibility, user engagement, and sign-ups.

  • Keyword research: Conduct thorough keyword, competitor, AIO, and SERP analyses to identify high-value search terms and content opportunities. Align keyword strategy closely with user intent to drive qualified website traffic.

  • Content experimentation: Test new content strategies, formats, and topics to uncover untapped growth opportunities. Evaluate results to continuously improve content performance and organic reach.

  • On-page optimisation: Improve content quality by optimising meta titles, meta descriptions, headings, and body copy, ensuring alignment with SEO best practices to maximise visibility and click-through rates.

  • AI automation: Leverage AI to implement solutions that streamline day-to-day task management, such as generating assets, coordinating translations, publishing workflows, and updating content masterlists, among others.

  • 3+ SEO copywriting experience, excellent content writing ability, strong understanding of user intent

  • Proficient in CMS platforms, particularly Sanity

  • Analytical: Experience with SEO tools and analytics, data-driven decision making

  • Initiative: Self-starter with proven track record of shipping content that drives growth, comfortable with consistent hands-on execution

  • Communication: Work effectively with designers, developers, and other stakeholders

  • Adaptability: Up-to-date with AIO and SEO trends, industry best practices, and new techniques in AI and organic search growth

  • Bonus: Healthcare-related experience or medical background

  • Published at least 13 pieces of high-quality, long-form content

  • Shipped an improvement initiative to make content production more streamlined

  • Drafted a process brief for accurately automating performance tracking and reporting
