That growth translates into real-world outcomes: our weight-loss treatments helped patients lose 8.5 million kilograms of excess weight in 2025 alone, contributing to an estimated 1,300 fewer cardiac events. This is growth with measurable, life-changing impact at scale.

Today, we operate across four international markets, with successful launches in Germany and Canada and continued expansion in the US. We were also recently recognised in the Sunday Times Top 100 fastest-growing tech companies, further validation of both our momentum and our ambition.

Where we’re going:

2026 is a step-change year. Our ambition is to reach £1.6bn in revenue, expand from four to eight global markets and significantly broaden our condition and treatment portfolio. Over the coming years, you’ll help shape HeliosX into a truly world-leading healthcare partner; one that combines scale, speed, and clinical rigour to redefine how personalised care is delivered. We are looking for an Influencer Lead to be the architect of our creator-led growth engine. This is a high-impact role designed for a strategic heavyweight who views influencer marketing not as a series of posts, but as a sophisticated, scalable acquisition channel.

You will bridge the gap between creative storytelling and hard data science, moving the department beyond "manual" management toward a high-output, automated, and performance-driven ecosystem. Your mission is to define the global strategy and ensure that influencer marketing is a primary driver of long-term brand equity and sustainable business growth.

Reporting directly to the Affiliate and Influencer Lead, the successful candidate will own the global influencer strategy and define the frameworks that optimize Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC) to Customer Lifetime Value (LTV) ratios at scale.

  • Global Roadmap: Define the 12–24 month strategy for the influencer channels, determining budget allocation across platforms, formats, verticals and regions.
  • Global Process Optimization: Design the global influencer playbook - standardizing how we vet, brief, and measure creators to ensure scaling, measurable consistency.
  • Day-to-day Budgeting: Oversee budget delivered by global lead, ensuring a balanced influencer portfolio that enables experimentation risk with always-on conversion consistency.
  • Experimentation: Own and delegate on a defined experimental roadmap to unlock scale through qualitative and incrementality testing. Develop and test commercial models beyond flat-fees, including equity-based partnerships, performance-bonus tiers, and long-term loyalty incentives.
  • People Management: Mentor a team of Managers and Juniors. You are responsible for team KPI delivery, workload balance, and professional growth.
  • Channel Advocacy: Act as an advocate for the influencer channel cross-functionally. Ensure influencer insights are integrated into the wider brand narrative.
  • Campaign Amplification: Work with owned paid social channels to ensure creator content is seamlessly integrated into the paid social funnel to drive down overall blended CAC.
  • Tech and AI Streamlining: Evaluate and select the tech stack (SaaS platforms, AI vetting tools, CRM) to automate manual tasks such as discovery and reporting. Stay at the forefront of AI and platform algorithm shifts, adjusting the company's "moat" strategy to remain competitive.
  • Scale Specialist: You have a proven track record of taking an influencer or partnership program from a "pilot" stage to a considerable revenue driver.
  • Strategic Growth Mindset: You don't just execute; you build systems. You understand how influencer marketing fits into a wider Media Mix.
  • Expert Negotiator: You are comfortable in high-pressure environments, negotiating with top-tier talent agencies and management firms.
  • Leadership: Experience managing and developing high-performing teams in a fast-paced, "fail-fast" growth environment.
  • Data Mastery: Advanced proficiency in data visualisation tools to build custom performance dashboards.
  • Advertising literacy: Understanding of global advertising laws and contract law (IP, usage rights, exclusivity).
  • Platform Expert: Deep knowledge of the creator economy tech landscape (e.g., Impact, CreatorIQ, Modash, or bespoke internal tools).
