Licensed Mental Health Therapist-Georgia

📍 Location: Remote – Georgia Licensed Only

💰 Compensation: $45–$60 per billable hour (based on license type)

⏰ Schedule: Part-Time or Full-Time | Preferred hours: Weekdays 2 PM–9 PM. Weekend availability is plus!

• →Provide individual, family, and group therapy via secure telehealth platform
  
  
• →Conduct intakes, assessments, and client-driven treatment plans
  
  
• →Collaborate with PMHNPs, psychiatrists, peer clinicians, and supervisory team
  
  
• →Maintain timely, accurate notes in our EHR
  
  
• →Support families with education, tools, and ongoing care coordination
  
  
• →Target 15-36 sessions/week

Backpack is home to a growing Residency and Fellowship Program for new clinicians. As part of our team, you can choose to mentor early-career providers, contribute to program development, and help shape the future of behavioral healthcare.

• Must hold one of the following Georgia licenses: LPC, LCSW, LPC-Associate, LMSW
  
  
• Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
  
  
• Passion for serving children, teens, and young adults
  
  
• Bilingual (Spanish) strongly preferred!
