Position Overview

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead care and support for all children

- Support morning school routines, breakfast, and preparation for the day

- Afternoon care, including after-school routines, homework support, and enrichment activities

- Maintain household clarity and organization, assisting with structure and schedules

- Assist with transportation (family vehicle or own vehicle), occasional outings, and sports-related activities

- Travel with the family when needed (private flight opportunities possible)

- Collaborate with a second nanny to provide seamless care

Ideal Candidate

- Minimum 5 years of professional nanny experience

- Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field

- Valid CPR & First Aid certification

- Minimum age: 21 years

- Non-smoker

- Ability to pass an extensive background check in

- TrustLine certification or willing to obtain upon hire (required for all placements in California)

- Three immediate professional childcare references

- Comfortable supporting travel, structured routines, and family-centered activities

- Committed to a long-term placement, providing stability and consistency for the children

- Flexible living arrangement: Live-In is also an option for candidates who will meet all requirements
