Distribution Centre Team Leader

Demonstrated Team Leader experience in a warehouse environment, with hands-on responsibility for coordinating daily operations, guiding a small team, and supporting performance outcomes, alongside strong inventory control experience. 

Certificate III in Warehousing and forklift licence (preferred). 

Experience with WMS software, scanners, and other logistics technologies, supported by solid computer skills. 

Sound understanding of WH&S requirements and commitment to safe work practices. 

A proactive, hands-on leader who leads by example and is comfortable working alongside the team while coordinating activities. 

Highly motivated, accountable, and able to work independently with minimal supervision and strong attention to detail. 

Customer-focused, ensuring all orders and enquiries are handled accurately and within established guidelines. 

Ability to manage tasks requiring sustained concentration, attention to detail, and computer-based work.
