Ensure all members are following GMPs, set the proper example for members.

Assist in the day-to-day operations of the Grading/Breaking Department

Ensure production is running efficiently.

Proper running of the washroom

→
Proper running of the breaking room

→
Filling of tankers

→
Ensure proper staffing levels are maintained throughout the workday.

Work with the USDA

→
Assist with training of new members.

→
Setting up of washroom and lines

→
Responsible for daily startup/end of the day procedures.

Responsible for daily cleaning

→
Perform HACCP checks every hour and document them.

→
The ability to prepare work area and necessary equipment as assigned.

Additional duties as assigned.

Requirements
