Proven ability to lead, motivate, and hold a team accountable to productivity and safety goals
Experience with receiving, unloading, loading, inventory, and warehouse workflows
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Comfortable with computers, reports, and warehouse or timekeeping systems
Forklift and equipment experience preferred
Able to work a flexible schedule as the site grows
Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a fast-paced warehouse environment

Responsibilities

→Lead, train, and schedule warehouse associates on your shift
→Oversee daily operations, including unloading, receiving, and staging
→Help launch and staff loading operations if the site expands to two shifts
→Track productivity, attendance, and performance, and coach associates to meet goals
→Enforce safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work environment
→Partner with the client, site leadership, and recruiting to meet staffing needs
→Interview candidates and support new hire onboarding and orientation
