The role plays a critical role in driving student enrolments by delivering high-quality education counselling and ensuring a seamless, positive experience for prospective students. This role requires a results-driven individual with strong conversion capabilities, a customer-centric mindset, and the ability to effectively manage both direct and agent-driven pipelines.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
Provide professional, accurate, and personalised counselling to prospective students and their parents (via face-to-face, virtual platforms, and other communication channels), ensuring a consistent and positive experience throughout the student journey.
Drive enrolment growth by actively managing and converting leads into applications and confirmed enrolments, in line with targets set by Management.
Ensure effective lead management and follow-up, including timely response to enquiries and consistent engagement to maximise conversion outcomes.
Maintain 100% accuracy and timeliness in CRM updates, including proper lead tagging (e.g. direct, agent, event source), tracking of interactions, and conversion status to support data-driven decision-making.
Support and execute recruitment activities and campaigns, including Open Days, campus tours, education fairs, school visits, and intake-driven initiatives.
Ensure all leads generated from sales events and marketing campaigns are captured and updated within the required timeline (e.g. within 48 hours).
Build and maintain strong working relationships with key stakeholders, to support recruitment objectives.
Manage and support assigned by ensuring alignment on programme offerings, entry requirements, marketing campaigns, and conversion expectations.
Collaborate closely with Admissions, Marketing, and Academic teams to ensure smooth application processing, accurate offer issuance, and a positive onboarding experience for students.
Support the implementation of scholarships, bursaries, and promotional campaigns to drive urgency and improve conversion rates.
Demonstrate flexibility in working hours, including weekends and travel (domestic and international), to support recruitment activities and market engagement.
Contribute to overall team performance by sharing best practices, supporting colleagues, and ensuring recruitment targets and deadlines are consistently achieved.

- Minimum one (2-5) years working experience in sales or recruitment, preferably in education.
- Fresh Graduate is encouraged to apply for administrative executive role.
Desirable
Understand the University’s Recruitment cycle.
Experience in post-graduate and/or undergraduate student recruitment.
Experience in local and/or international student recruitment.
Knowledge of Schools Account Management will be desirable.
Excellent in communication skills and building rapport with Schools and Agents.
Ability to create events, have excellent coordinating skills.
Proficiency in speaking and writing English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin languages is preferred.

The role required to work and travel on selected weekends/public holidays and outside of standard working hours during weekdays.
