→Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field is preferred
→Open to current students and recent graduates
→Strong written and verbal communication skills
→High attention to detail and organizational skills
→Professional, personable, and comfortable interacting with candidates
→Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
→Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); familiarity with LinkedIn is a plus
→Positive attitude and eagerness to learn
→Able to work in a fast-paced environment and is comfortable navigating continuous change and shifting priorities.
→Comfortable using AI to help with recruiting and sourcing

Exposure to corporate recruiting strategy and best practices
Hands-on experience with applicant tracking systems
Insight into hiring across diverse departments (from specialists to corporate roles)
Mentorship from experienced HR professionals
A deeper understanding of employer branding and candidate experience
