If you have at least one year of roofing sales experience, know how to generate business, and want the opportunity to help build a new market while developing into a Team Leader, this role was built for you.

All Nashville Managers in Training will complete a paid 180-day leadership development program in Dallas, Texas before returning to help launch and grow the Nashville market.

During training, you’ll work directly with experienced Heritage leaders while developing skills in:

• Advanced roofing sales
• Residential storm restoration
• Project management
• Recruiting and interviewing
• New-hire onboarding
• Field coaching and ride-alongs
• Performance management and accountability
• Team development
• Leadership and communication
• Building and growing a high-performing sales team

The goal is simple: prepare you to return to Nashville ready to produce, lead, coach, and help build the market.

As a Roofing Sales Manager in Training, you’ll continue selling while learning how to lead others successfully.

Your responsibilities will include:

• →Generate residential roofing and storm restoration business
• →Meet with homeowners and perform property inspections
• →Guide customers through the insurance restoration process
• →Manage projects from initial inspection through completion
• →Build strong customer relationships and generate referrals
• →Recruit potential sales representatives
• →Help onboard and train new team members
• →Conduct field coaching and ride-alongs
• →Mentor newer representatives through the sales process
• →Lead by example through personal production
• →Help drive accountability and team performance
• →Support the growth and development of the Nashville market

Previous formal management experience is helpful, but not required. We’re looking for proven producers with the potential and desire to lead.

• Minimum 1 year of roofing sales experience
• Residential storm restoration experience preferred
• Valid driver’s license
• Must have a pickup truck or ability to obtain one within 60 days
• Comfortable climbing roofs and working outdoors
• Ability to complete the required 180-day paid training program in Dallas, TX before returning to Nashville
