Client Operations Intern

As a Client Operations Intern, you will join our investment office and support the team across a broad range of client service, operational, and administrative activities. You will: 

• Support the day-to-day operational and administrative activities of the Client Services team;
• Maintain accurate records and ensure information is consistently updated across internal systems and documentation;
• Assist with client onboarding, documentation management, and regulatory processes;
• Coordinate and track operational workflows, ensuring tasks are completed accurately and on time;
• Provide general administrative and project support across a range of client service and business operations activities. 

We are looking for someone with the right mindset to thrive in a fast-moving environment: 

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree.
• Reliable and conscientious, with a strong sense of ownership and responsibility.
• Highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining strong attention to detail.
• Hard-working and resilient, comfortable working under pressure and adapting to changing priorities.
• Proactive and willing to go the extra mile to ensure tasks are completed thoroughly and accurately.
• Previous experience balancing studies with work, extracurricular activities, or other commitments is considered a plus.
• Fluent in English, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
