We’re hiring solo CDL-A drivers for a dedicated Dollar Tree account based in Ridgefield, Washington.
- Average: $1,989 per week ($103,475 annually)
- Top earners: $2,548 per week ($132,497 annually)
- Hourly pay based on experience:
- 0–48 months: $29–$30.50 per hour
- 49–200 months: $31 per hour
- Safe and on-time bonus available
- Home weekly with a 34-hour reset
- Day and night shifts available
- Days off vary based on freight needs
- Holiday schedules may offer less time off
- Dedicated Dollar Tree account
- Solo driving position
- Approximately 2–4 loads per week
- Around 3–4 stops per load
- Hand-unload trailers using rollers
- Dry freight only
- Regional routes through Washington, Oregon, Idaho, Montana, Utah, and Northern California
- Company equipment with 53-foot dry van trailers
- Drivers living more than 50 miles from Ridgefield must have a safe, authorized place to park the truck
