Role Overview:

You will work directly with the Founder and senior leadership to enable clarity, execution, and
organization wide alignment. This is a high trust role in a fast moving environment. You will act
as an extension of the Founder helping drive priorities to closure, facilitating cross functional
coordination, and maintaining operational discipline.

The ideal candidate is analytically strong, communicates clearly, collaborates effectively, and can bring structure to ambiguous situations.

This role reflects how Hevo operates. We value ownership, speed, precision and the ability to go
deep into problems. You will be expected to synthesize information crisply and uphold high
standards of preparation and follow through.
  • Lead project meetings across functions including preparation of agendas, progress tracking, identification of risks and clarity on outcomes.
  • Manage weekly review meetings with leadership teams, track action items, owners, deadlines, and ensure accountability and escalation when required.
  • Maintain an organized operating rhythm enabling smooth information flow between product, engineering, marketing, revenue, and customer success.
  • Prepare concise executive summaries for the Founder highlighting performance trends, operational gaps, dependencies, and strategic priorities.
  • Coordinate with cross functional teams to collect inputs, clarify expectations, and align stakeholders on shared objectives.
  • Track project progress using structured documentation, identify bottlenecks early and proactively follow up until closure.
  • Support strategic initiatives through research, customer insight synthesis, competitive intelligence or internal deep dives.
  • Serve as a culture carrier reinforcing discipline, speed, high ownership and respect for commitments in the teams you work with.
  • Analytically sharp, able to translate data and discussions into insights and actions.
  • Strong communication , skilled at simplifying complex topics and presenting clearly.
  • Collaborative mindset, with the ability to influence without authority and work with senior stakeholders.
  • Diligent, persistent and reliable, in closing loops and driving outcomes.
  • Highly organized and structured, bringing clarity to ambiguity and maintaining operational hygiene.
  • Comfortable working in a high velocity environment with high expectations and limited direction.
  • 1 to 3 years of experience in business operations, consulting program management or a similarly execution oriented role.
  • Undergraduate degree preferred in Science, Economics, Engineering or related analytical and quantitative fields.
  • Proficiency with spreadsheets, project tracking tools, structured documentation and presentations.
