You are a leader of product strategy, assortment creation and brand growth with a passion for pop-culture. You have demonstrated experience developing merchandising strategies that balance brand vision, trends, business drivers and cultural relevance . You are a strong leader who loves to develop, focus and motivate team members.
Responsibilities

Strong product sense with proven experience in driving product assortments and partnering with Design to conceive product assortments that drive business

Formulate proposals for range structure by collating and analysing best seller, attribute and market information together with new trend and design direction
- →
Define seasonal core assortments and key launches, collaborate with teams to ensure 360 visibility across retail and e-commerce through campaigns, socials, trainings and visual merchandising.

Define permanent assortments and end-of-life strategy
- →
Pilot online merchandising strategy in collaboration with e-Commerce team
- →
Formulate and execute local merchandising strategies
- →
Define prices in local currencies and ensure target positioning and margins are achieved across markets.

Build and lead collection presentations and buying strategy for E-commerce and Retail
- →
Regular analysis of department performance to highlight commercial opportunities that dovetail effectively into the seasonal product direction

Strategic thinker who recognises opportunities and can influence decision-makers to move to execution
