Part-Time Concierge (Flexible Afternoon & Saturday Schedule)

This position works alongside an existing Concierge to provide flexible coverage throughout the month. Rather than a fixed weekly schedule, you'll primarily cover afternoon shifts, select Thursdays, and approximately two Saturdays each month.

This is a part-time, flexible coverage position.

Typical coverage includes:

• Afternoon shifts Monday–Friday (generally beginning around noon)
• Two varying Thursdays per month
• Approximately two Saturdays per month

The schedule varies from month to month and is provided in advance.

• → Create an exceptional first impression for clients visiting the showroom
• → Offer refreshments and assist guests while they wait
• → Answer and direct incoming phone calls
• → Maintain a polished and organized reception area
• → Assist with light administrative and clerical tasks
• → Coordinate with team members to ensure a seamless client experience
• → Support the sales team by providing outstanding hospitality throughout each guest's visit

Experience in one or more of the following is preferred:

Luxury hospitality or high-end retail experience is a plus but not required.
