Principal NetSuite Consultant

Oasis Solutions is seeking a Principal NetSuite Consultant to lead complex ERP implementations, advise client leadership, and mentor other functional consultants.

This is a senior, client-facing role for an experienced NetSuite professional who can own an engagement from discovery through go-live, serve as a subject matter expert in one or more functional areas, and guide clients toward scalable solutions. Direct, hands-on NetSuite implementation experience is required.

• →Lead full-cycle NetSuite ERP implementations from discovery and process mapping through configuration, testing, training, cutover, go-live, and post-launch stabilization.
• →Own the functional architecture and delivery of multiple concurrent client engagements.
• →Lead executive and stakeholder conversations concerning business requirements, project status, risks, priorities, scope, and solution recommendations.
• →Analyze business processes and design scalable NetSuite solutions using native functionality and configuration whenever practical.
• →Provide functional leadership across areas such as financials, order-to-cash, procure-to-pay, inventory, manufacturing, distribution, multi-entity operations, and reporting.
• →Serve as a subject matter expert in one or more NetSuite modules, business processes, or industries.
• →Translate complex requirements into functional designs and specifications for technical consultants, developers, and integration partners.
• →Lead client workshops, solution demonstrations, user acceptance testing, end-user training, and knowledge transfer.
• →Oversee data-migration planning, validation, reconciliation, and cutover readiness.
• →Monitor project scope, engagement profitability, deliverables, risks, and client expectations in partnership with project leadership.
• →Review the configurations and deliverables of other consultants for quality, scalability, and alignment with requirements.
• →Mentor Senior Consultants, Consultants, and other team members through project guidance, feedback, and knowledge sharing.
• →Support complex managed-services and post-go-live issues requiring senior functional analysis.
• →Contribute to sales engineering, scoping, demonstrations, and other business-development activities when needed.
• →Meet established billable-hour and utilization expectations while maintaining high standards for client service and delivery quality.

• At least eight years of ERP consulting, business-process analysis, solution design, or closely related experience.
• Direct, hands-on NetSuite functional consulting and configuration experience.
• Experience completing approximately 7–10 or more full-cycle NetSuite implementations, with substantial responsibility as the functional lead.
• Demonstrated experience leading multiple client projects or functional workstreams concurrently.
• Deep understanding of core NetSuite financial and operational processes, including order-to-cash, procure-to-pay, record-to-report, and inventory management.
• Experience configuring workflows, saved searches, reports, dashboards, forms, roles, permissions, custom fields, and other native NetSuite functionality.
• Experience gathering requirements, mapping processes, preparing functional designs, leading testing, delivering training, and supporting go-live.
• Strong client-facing communication skills, including the ability to advise executives and respectfully challenge requests that may create unnecessary cost, complexity, or risk.
• Experience managing project scope, identifying risks, and contributing to successful, profitable engagements.
• Experience coaching, mentoring, or reviewing the work of other consultants.
• Comfort working within billable-hour and utilization expectations.
• Ability to travel up to 25%, primarily within Eastern and Central U.S. time zones, including flights and overnight stays.
• Authorization to work in the United States without current or future employer sponsorship.

• Advanced expertise in NetSuite manufacturing, wholesale distribution, inventory, supply chain, or multi-entity financial management.
• Experience with Work Orders and Assemblies, WIP and Routing, OneWorld, Advanced Revenue Management, SuiteFlow, or related functionality.
• Experience working for a NetSuite solution provider, ERP consulting firm, or professional-services organization.
• NetSuite certifications.
• Experience contributing to project scoping, statements of work, solution demonstrations, or sales engineering.
• Familiarity collaborating with SuiteScript developers and integration specialists.

This is a fully remote position. Candidates working in Eastern or Central time zones are preferred because of client coverage and travel requirements.

The Principal NetSuite Consultant reports to the NetSuite Practice Manager and may provide project leadership and mentorship to Senior Consultants, Consultants, and other delivery team members.
