Requirements

Basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.
Ability to multitask in a high-energy environment.
Flexible schedule availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

→Assist in the preparation, plating, and serving of food items in accordance with orchard standards.
→Help Chef prepare meals, donuts, ice cream, and farm-favorite menu.
→Support kitchen cleanliness and organization by maintaining prep areas, equipment, and utensils.
→Ensure food is stored and handled safely, following all health and safety regulations.
→Provide excellent customer service by interacting with guests at service counters or during events.
→Restock supplies and ingredients as needed throughout the shift.
→Assist with setup, service, and cleanup for on-site private events or seasonal activities.
→Work collaboratively with team members and management to meet service goals.

Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills.
Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently and manage time effectively.
Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift heavy items as required.

What We Offer

✓This position offers a starting wage range of $14.00–$23.00 per hour, based on experience, certifications, food safety knowledge, culinary skills, efficiency, and leadership ability.

✓Team members may be eligible for pay increases as they refine technical skills, increase speed and accuracy, maintain high food quality standards, and demonstrate leadership within the kitchen team.

✓Clear pathways exist for growth into leadership roles. Team members who work during our peak season (September 15 – October 31) may also be eligible for performance-based bonus opportunities.
