Responsibilities

→Maintains and submits any current Licensure or Certificate necessary for the performance of the position;
→Comply with Federal Regulations, 42 CFR Part 2, Confidentiality of Alcohol Abuse Policy and HIPAA Regulations;
→Participate in Treatment Team Meetings;
→Crisis intervention and screening for patients at risk;
→Maintain assigned caseload;
→Providing direct care to patients - including assessments of the new patients, individual counseling, discharge planning, treatment plans, daily progress notes, daily groups, group note completion and completion of bio-psychosocial assessments;
→Responsible for each assigned patients medical All records are to be professional, complete and thorough with entries made in a timely manners;
