→Assisting patients on their journey to recovery from substance use disorders.
→Provide noninvasive medical care- medical management to evaluate and assess patient’s level of withdrawal using evidence-based protocols.
→Physically low-impact position where the patients are mostly able to manage their own ADLs and ambulation.
→Work as a 2-3 person nursing team to provide care coordination and case management.
→Assure patient care meets best practice standards utilizing nursing skills, experience to maintain a safe and therapeutic milieu.
→Medication administration, count and register.
→Provide thorough, accurate and complete documentation of treatment and care in the Electronic Health Record.
→Monitor, assess and treat patient conditions appropriately.
→Other duties as assigned.
