Responsibilities

As an Overnight Youth Development Professional, you will:

→Maintain the safety, security, and well-being of students in your assigned area.
→Provide supervision and support throughout the overnight hours.
→Help students develop coping skills and make thoughtful, positive choices.
→Guide students in understanding the impact of their decisions and actions.
→Participate as a member of the Treatment Team to provide consistent care and support.
→Build positive relationships with students who may have experienced significant challenges in previous placements.

Our students have unique behavioral, emotional, developmental, health, and learning needs. Many have struggled in other placements or experienced repeated hospitalizations.

At Hillcrest, they have an opportunity to stabilize, receive individualized support, and build the skills they need for what comes next.

Located on 24 beautiful acres, Highpoint is a trauma-informed residential treatment program serving males ages 11–21 with a variety of high-risk behaviors and mental health needs.

Our ASD Residential Program provides specialized day and intensive residential treatment services for children and adolescents across the autism spectrum.
