This is your chance to champion innovative HSE strategies that make a real difference—protecting people, strengthening our culture, and elevating our commitment to environmental stewardship.

You’ll be at the forefront of building and enhancing programs that keep our teams safe and our facilities compliant, while also challenging the status quo to drive continuous improvement. In this role, you’ll collaborate with passionate colleagues across engineering, operations, human resources, and leadership to embed HSE excellence into every part of the business.

If you’re energized by meaningful work, inspired by innovation, and motivated to lead impactful change, this is your opportunity to grow your career with a global technology leader.

  • Develop, implement, and enhance HSE policies, procedures, and management systems.

  • Conduct risk assessments, hazard identification, and incident investigations.

  • Manage and deliver HSE training to foster a strong safety culture.

  • Oversee required reports, permits, and documentation for internal and external stakeholders.

  • Lead emergency response planning, drills, and training activities.

  • Perform internal and external HSE audits and inspections.

  • Partner across departments to integrate HSE priorities into daily operations.

  • Stay current on HSE legislation, best practices, and emerging technologies.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Engineering, or a related field.

  • Minimum 8 years of progressive HSE experience in manufacturing or industrial environments.

  • Professional certification (NEBOSH, CSP, CIH, or equivalent) preferred.

  • Strong knowledge of HSE regulations and standards (OSHA, EPA, ISO 14001, ISO 45001).

  • Proven ability to develop and implement HSE management systems.

  • Excellent communication, analytical, and stakeholder engagement skills.

  • Grow your career with a global industry leader committed to safety, sustainability, and innovation.

  • Work with teams who value collaboration, integrity, and continuous learning.

  • Access professional development pathways designed to support your long‑term growth.
