- You define project scope, objectives, and deliverables together with key stakeholders.
- You develop project plans, schedules, resource strategies, and budget estimates.
- You lead cross-functional teams and foster a collaborative project environment.
- You monitor progress, identify risks, and implement effective mitigation actions.
- You manage project budgets and ensure strong financial performance throughout execution.
- You communicate project status, milestones, and challenges to stakeholders and leadership.
- You ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and according to quality requirements.
- You drive continuous improvement through lessons learned and best-practice sharing.
- You hold a bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
- You have at least 5 years of experience managing complex projects in an industrial, technology, or infrastructure environment.
- You have a proven track record of delivering projects successfully within scope, budget, and schedule.
- You understand project management methodologies and tools and apply them effectively.
- You demonstrate strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- You are an effective problem-solver with the ability to manage competing priorities.
