Education and experience: bachelor’s or master’s degree in a relevant field, which includes Business Administration, Tax or Law, as your basis and at least 5 years of relevant work experience including managing employee relationships.
Domain knowledge: strong knowledge of international assignment management, immigration, tax, and employment laws.
Soft skills: team player with good organizational, planning and decision-making skills, possesses excellent communication skills and can interact with people of different cultures and nationalities
Work approach: ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple tasks at the same time, able to adapt to changing business needs, maintaining focus on delivering the results within tight deadlines, confident individual who can maintain relationships in the business at varying levels of seniority.
Language skills: Fluent in English, other languages are an advantage.
