• Prepare materials for Sales Processes
• Pre-sale phase: NDA, HAS calculation file, Estimation, Quotation, MSA and contract
• Implementation phase: check timesheet/ completion report from vendor and prepare timesheet/ completion report to customer
• After-sales: follow up periodically payment and prepare for renewing/ terminating the contract
• Coordinate with related departments for new leads, project registration, customer screening, invoice
• Communicate with customers and vendors to manage the project (Set up and join meetings)
• Take note, Making MoM, Translate (VN ⇔ EN, Option: JP)
• Manage point-of-sale process and follow all company’s policies and procedures
• Maintain an accessible and organized filing system for sales and administrative professionals
• Handling all administrative duties for the sales department (translation agency, buy Tet gifts, sending calendars, credit report agency for customer screening forms)
• Try to contact new leads to obtain requirement, need, and current problem
