Senior Manager (Microsoft Practice)

1)    Lead the MS Solutions Practice : Manage team, pre-sales activities, projects & support
2)    Pre-sales : work closely with sales team to build strong sales pipeline, business discovery, define project scope of work and cost & revenue, work with trusted partner teams to ensure for project delivery, Proof of concept demo & presentation, strategize with sales team for winning the project, determine project risks and define risk mitigation plan, provide consulting advice & solutions to overcome the customer challenges 
3)    Project Delivery : Manage the internal Project team and/or sub-contractor project team, act as either PM/Project advisor or PMO to ensure that quality deliverables as per agreed time line and schedule. Overall project profitability is as per company guideline. And also build good rapport with customers to get repeated orders & project reference for success stories 
4)    Also own the problems and guide the internal/ external team on successful completion of each project milestone 
5)    Ensure that project acceptance sign off are completed in time for timely billing and revenue recognition. Keep track of monthly project acceptance sign off and value for MS projects  
6)    Overall growth for MS practice : provide overall strategy, direction, approach for Microsoft solution practice to grow  as per company direction
7)    Overall Profitability for MS practice : Ensure the overall Profitability for MS practice on top of covering our team cost & subcontractors cost. Ensure that most of the projects are profitable as per company guideline 
8)    Coaching & training internal teams 
9)    External subcontractors : Build rapport with existing trusted partners, evaluate new suppliers based on customer requirement in case of existing partners do not have skill sets
10)    Support & Maintenance : Manage internal / subcontractors support team to ensure meeting SLA agrees with the customer 
11)    Others : Support ICTB team in ASEAN regions for MS Solutions related opportunities and projects
