As an R&D Software Developer within the Grid Automation domain, you will help shape innovative solutions for the power systems of tomorrow.
You will work closely with global technology teams that bring niche expertise and cutting-edge capabilities. Your work will directly support the development of real-time software used in critical infrastructure worldwide software designed for long-term reliability, high efficiency, and uncompromising security.

- Achieve business goals through designing and developing code in the .NET technologies.
- Design, develop and maintain microservices architecture for back-end.
- Participate in code review.
- Troubleshooting and bug fixing for all issues discovered during E2E testing
- Share your experience and skills with other team members.
- Proposing and elaborating with other team members on how to improve code quality, performance and stability.
- Work closely with Product Owner, QA engineers to ensure successful project delivery
- University degree in computer science, engineering, or a related technical field.
- 8+ years of experience in senior technical roles.
- Advanced proficiency in .NET technology stack: C#, REST Web Services and .NET Core.
- Assure high code quality through unit tests and adherence to software development best practices like Clean Code, SOLID, and code reviews.
- Hands on knowledge in following areas:
- Git version control system
- Build management - Azure DevOps Pipelines, MSBuild,
- Docker / podman
- Kubernetes + Helm
- SQL database knowledge
- Demonstrate understanding of the concepts API Development and Consumption.
- Practical knowledge of Kafka and C++ development in plus.
- Demonstrated experience with performance profiling, optimization, and low-latency systems.
- Understanding of software architecture principles and secure, scalable system design.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to tackle complex technical challenges.
- Good understanding of unit and integration testing techniques and testing frameworks.
- Knowledge of non-functional requirements (performance, scalability, security).
- Practical experience developing systems for power grid management and monitoring having familiarity with WAMS/WAMPAC, PMU data, and protection and control applications.
- Understanding of power grid operations and applicable standards.
- Experience with industrial automation systems (SCADA, IED, RTU) in plus.
- Experience with industrial protocols and standards (IEC 61850, IEC-60870-5-104, DNP3, OPC UA, IEEE C37.118) in plus.
- Practical experience working directly with power grid industry clients and exposure to system integration, simulators, or lab environments.
- Proven ability to translate customer requirements into clear technical designs.
- Solid understanding of numerical methods, signal processing, and control fundamentals and ability to work with high‑frequency, time‑aligned time‑series data
- Good understanding of power system dynamics and the stability challenges introduced by high penetration of renewables
- Effective team player with strong communication skills and willingness to learn.
- Excellent command of English (written and spoken).
