We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Marketing Assistant to support our marketing team in executing campaigns, managing digital platforms, and coordinating promotional activities. This role is ideal for someone eager to learn, highly organized, and passionate about marketing trends.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in planning, executing and monitoring marketing campaigns (digital, social media, email, events).
- Coordinate logistics for events, trade shows, and webinars.
- Maintain marketing calendars and schedules.
- Liaising with vendors and other third parties.
- Maintain and update customer databases.
- Supporting solution based, regional marketing activities & internal events.
- Draft engaging content for social media posts, blogs, newsletters, and websites.
- Schedule and monitor social media content (Facebook, LinkedIn, networking platform Youtube, etc ).
- Run social media channels
- Assist with graphic design (Canva) or video editing.
- Conduct competitor and industry research.
- Conduct marketing research. For example with customer surveys and focus groups.
- Compile data and generate reports on campaign performance (Google Analytics, social insights).
- Help manage SEO updates (keyword research, meta tags).
- Assist with email marketing (HubSpot) and paid ad campaigns.
- Liaise with internal teams (sales, design) and external vendors.
- Maintain marketing databases (leads, contacts, media lists).
- Handle admin works & event operations.
